This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff in an action for personal injuries.
Plaintiff alleged in her complaint that she had an operation in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which rendered her immobile in that she could not travel without assistance from others; that she departed from Minneapolis on November 11, 1955, on one of defendant’s passenger trains bound for Butte, Montana; that defendant’s agents or employees were advised of her condition and arrangements made for the presence of a wheel chair upon her arrival at her destination.…
