OPINION OF THE COURT

BADAMI, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by a general court-martial composed of officer members of the transfer and sale of 1.882 grams of cocaine. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for two years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances and reduction to *995Private E-l. The convening authority approved the sentence.

On appeal, appellant alleges the military judge erred by ruling that the convening authority did not abuse his discretion when he refused to grant a material defense witness immunity. We agree with the trial…
