Nord v. McMillan

This matter comes on for decision by the court upon a referral to the court by an officially appointed court reporter, who was taking the deposition, as a notary public, of one of the defendants, Vera McMillan, for instructions in regard to the right of the defendant to refuse to answer certain questions on advice of counsel.
