The Rouse Company and Rouse-New Orleans, Inc., a subsidiary of The Rouse Company (collectively, “Rouse”) bring this diversity action against Federal Insurance Company (“Federal”) seeking a declaratory judgment that Rouse was covered under an executive and corporate liability insurance policy issued by Federal for losses suffered from a multi-million dollar verdict against Rouse in Louisiana state court.
