Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, ORS 475.890(2), and unlawful possession of methamphetamine, ORS 475.894. He assigns error to the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence discovered after he consented, during a stop, to a search of a vehicle in which he was a passenger. Specifically, defendant argues that his consent to search was the product of an unlawful seizure under Article I, section 9, of the Oregon Constitution.
