Before the Court is a Motion for Class Certification, Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement,.and Plan of Allocation, as well as Plaintiffs’ Motion for Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Expenses. This Court previously granted preliminary approval of the Settlement and the Plan of Allocation on April 8, 2005.
