After a careful examination of the evidence in this record, we are satisfied that the conclusions of the Circuit Court upon the facts are substantially correct. While there may be a conflict in some particulars, we regard the defendant’s contention upon all points material to the disposition of the case as clearly sustained by the weight of the evidence, which we dp, not feel called upon-to recapitulate.
