FACTS

On August 29, 1991, the Debtor, Kandy R. Petrie (“Debtor”), filed a Chapter 13 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada. At the time the case was commenced and for at least 180 days prior thereto, the Debtor resided and was domiciled in Bullhead City, Arizona, but was employed as a casino dealer at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, Nevada.
