State Ex Rel. Department of Transportation v. Teal
Court of Civil Appeals of Oklahoma
1Opinion of the Court
JANE P. WISEMAN, Chief Judge.
1 1 This appeal arises from the trial court's order denying Defendants' Exception to Report of Commissioners. The issue before us is whether the trial court erred in instructing the Commissioners not to consider damages arising from the loss of access and parking in front of Defendants' property caused by a highway project's curb and gutter construction. Having reviewed the record on appeal and applicable law, we dismiss for lack of appellate jurisdiction. |
