On September 18, 1986 in each of the above mentioned cases, The Honorable Hayden W. Head, Jr., United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas, Corpus Christi Division entered an order requesting the undersigned to make a recommendation with respect to the motions filed in the above styled cases to withdraw the reference. In each case, the defendant filed a motion to withdraw the reference.
