SWEET, District Judge.
Defendant Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania (“ICSP”) has moved in this court to withdraw the above captioned adversary proceeding, which is presently pending in the Bankruptcy Court, to this court for further proceedings and trial. The motion is made pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) on the grounds that it has been adjudicated that the captioned action is a “related” or “non-core matter” as defined in the Bankruptcy Amendments and Federal Judgeship Act of 1984 and that there is cause for withdrawal for the reason that a jury trial was demanded by ICSP.
