Eric Stampley (“Stampley”) and Pra-thane L. Matmanivong (“Matmanivong”), on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated (collectively “Plaintiffs”), bring this action against LVNV Funding, LLC (“LVNV”), Alegis Group, LLC (“Al-egis”), and Resurgent Capital Services, LP (“Resurgent”) (collectively “Defendants”) asserting violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., and related state law claims.
