Two Avrits of certiorari Avere allowed at the suit of John X. Klein, one against the clerk of the township of Belleville, Essex county, and one against the secretary of slate. The object of these Avrits was to test the legality of an election held in the-township of Belleville on November 8th, 1910, to decide the question of incorporating (hat municipality as a toAvn under the act of March fth, 1895.
