The defendant contends that the finding of the jury that he agTeed to repurchase the stock sold the plaintiff within one year from the date of sale is not supported by the evidence, and consequently that such an agreement, if made, no part thereof having been reduced to writing, was void under sec. 2307, Stats. (1898).
