Plaintiff sued for the sum of $8,447.76 balance due for water furnished defendant under a contract for use in defendant’s municipal water system. Defendant demurred generally; the demurrer was sustained without leave to amend, and from the judgment entered in accordance with said ruling the plaintiff prosecutes this appeal.
