CLARK, Circuit Judge:
Defendants appeal from the grant of a summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff borrower in this Truth-in-Lending case. 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 et seq.; Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. §§ 226.1 et seq. (1969). The borrower’s summary judgment motion alleged four violations: 1) failure to disclose terms of insurance; 2) misleading and confusing non-essential disclosures; 3) failure to label the broker’s service charge as a “Prepaid Finance Charge”; and 4) failure to disclose the amount of credit for the actual use of the borrower. Only the last two claims are subjects of this review.…
