CRIST, Judge.

Movant appeals from the denial of his Rule 27.26 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

Movant was convicted by a jury of burglary in the first degree, § 569.160, RSMo 1986; rape, § 566.030, RSMo 1986; and armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 1986. Movant was sentenced as a persistent offender and persistent sexual offender to fifteen years for burglary, thirty years for rape, and fifteen years for armed criminal action, with the sentences for burglary and armed criminal action to run concurrently with one another, but consecutively with the sentence for rape.
