This case involves an appeal from the circuit court óf Cook County in which Keith Van Horne (Van Horne) alleges that Chicago disc jockey Matthew “Mancow” Muller (Muller) and his on-air associate, Irma Blanco (Blanco), published defamatory remarks about him during their morning broadcast.
