INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Amayla Thurmond (hereinafter “Plaintiff’) commenced this action on August 11, 2014, alleging discrimination in the provision of housing based on her family status and gender, purportedly in violation of the Fair Housing Act, Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 3601 et seq.
