Memorandum: In a proceeding transferred to this court pursuant to CPLR 7804 (subd [g]), petitioner seeks review of a determination of the State Commissioner of Social Services which affirmed the local agency’s denial of petitioner’s application for public assistance, but ordered the local agency to provide a grant of assistance for petitioner’s child.
