Appeal from a decree of the Corporation Court of the city of Alexandria, in which the appellant was proceeded against for a contempt of court. From an adverse decree he appeals.

This suit originated in a bill filed by Thomas J. Fannon and others, as directors and stockholders of the Virginia Safe Deposit and Trust Corporation, in which it is stated that the defendant was incorporated under the laws of the State of Virginia, with its principal office and place of business in the city of Alexandria, Virginia, and had been for some years.past engaged in the business of a trust and bonding company in said city; that it received deposits as a bank and had numerous branches in various parts of Virginia where deposits of money…
