This action is a collateral attack upon the conviction and sentence of the petitioner in the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County on an indictment for stealing and operating automobiles without the owners’ consent. The judgment so collaterally attacked carries with it a presumption of regularity. Johnson v. Zerbst, Warden, 304 U. S., 458, 468, 82 L. Ed., 1461, 58 S. Ct., 1019.
