MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

PAULEY, District Judge.

Solutia Inc. (“Solutia”) brings this action against FMC Corporation (“FMC”) alleging, inter alia, claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent misrepresentation and fraud in connection with the parties’ joint venture, an entity known as Astaris, LLC (“Astaris”). Solu-tia moves for partial summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. FMC moves for summary judgment on all claims or, in the alternative, to strike Solutia’s demand for a jury trial.
