Appellant Thomas R; Jones was tried before a Superior Court jury in March 2011 on charges of first-degree premeditated murder while armed, assatilt with intent to kill while armed, aggravated assault while armed, possession of a firearm during a crime of violence, carrying a pistol without a license in a gun-free zone, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
