LEVINSON, Judge.

Plaintiff (Wanda Gillette) appeals from an Opinion and Award of the North Carolina Industrial Commission denying her claim for workers' compensation benefits. We affirm.

The pertinent facts are undisputed and may be summarized as follows: Plaintiff was employed by defendant Dollar Tree Stores as an associate manager at the Dollar Tree on Roxboro Road in Durham, North Carolina.
