Appellants filed a third-party complaint against Charles Whitebread, ap-pellee, whose motion to dismiss was granted with a finding that there was no just cause for delay in the entry of a final judgment of dismissal. This appeal followed.
One Elizabeth W. Rosson was a guest passenger in an automobile owned and operated by appellee Whitebread when she was severely injured, she alleged, due to a collision between Whitebread’s car and a truck owned by appellant, Henry Fuel Company, Inc., and operated by its servant, appellant Tribble.
