This matter is before us on a writ of certiorari to review a condemnation proceeding begun by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Minneapolis, hereinafter referred to as the Authority. The proceeding is to take a lot which is the site of a 12-story *3office building known as the Metropolitan Building and owned by Minneapolis Metropolitan Company, hereinafter referred to as the company.
