Appellant, plaintiff below, brought an action for damages in the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia against the defendant company for the publication of an alleged libelous article in the Daily Tribune. The Tribune Company is an Illinois corporation, engaged in publishing the Chicagu Daily Tribune and the Chicago Sunday Tribune at Chicago, Illinois.
