The National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”) petitions for enforcement of its Decision and Order of March 30, 1982, 260 N.L.R.B. No. 185 (the “Order”), pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act (the “Act”), as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 160(e). 1 The Board, affirming the rul ings, findings, and conclusions of the administrative law judge, and adopting his recommended order, found that respondent Sherwin-Williams Company (“Sherwin-Williams” or “Company”) had violated Section 8(a)(3) and (1) of the Act, by withholding disability benefit payments to certain…
