MOORE, Justice.

Plaintiffs, Freddie E. White and wife, Billie White, brought suit against defendant, William J. Krupicka, seeking to recover the value of improvements made on a house situated on land owned by the defendant. Plaintiffs alleged that prior to the time they made the improvements, Krupicka entered into an oral agreement with them agreeing to convey to them the house and 2.5 acres of land for the sum of $7,500.00.
