MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JACK ZOUHARY, District Judge.

Petitioner Clarence Perry filed a Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 asserting the trial court violated his rights to the constitutional protections of the Fourth, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments. Under the Fourth Amendment, Petitioner claims the search of his car and person was illegal. Pursuant to the Sixth Amendment, Petitioner believes he was denied a full and fair hearing.
