Before the Court is the Report and Recommendation (the “R & R”) of Magistrate Judge Greg White. (ECF No. 9.) Pending is the Petition Under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 for Writ of Habeas Corpus By A Person In State Custody (the “Petition”), filed on July 23, 2007 by Petitioner Michael A. Stalnaker. (ECF No. 1.)
