Defendant in error (hereinafter called plaintiff) is a New York corporation, doing business at New Orleans, La., and engaged in the manufacture, refining and sale of sugar. Plaintiff in error (hereinafter called defendant) is a Tennessee corporation, engaged in the wholesale grocery business at Chattanooga.
