This appeal involves a suit to recover under a double indemnity clause in a life insurance policy.

Appellees, Elzo Alexander and Eosie Alexander, are the named beneficiaries in a life insurance policy issued by appellant, Lincoln Income Life Insurance Company, upon the life of Evard O’Leary Alexander, brother of Elzo Alexander.
