' McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.
Life Insurance Co. of Georgia (the insurer) appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court for the Western District of Arkansas awarding appellees accidental death benefits, the statutory penalty for refusal to pay and attorney’s fees. For reversal the insurer argues that the district court erred in (1) finding the death of the insured was accidental and (2) construing the policy language excluding accidental death benefits for intentionally inflicted wounds.
