Plaintiff, The United States of America, for the use and benefit of GE Supply, a division of General Electric Company (“GE Supply”), has brought this action against Defendants, G & C Enterprises, Inc. (“G & C”) and the American Insurance Company (“American”), pursuant to the Miller Act, 40 U.S.C. § 270a, for an alleged breach of contract.
