OPINION

BENAVIDES, Justice.

Kermit Olson, D/B/A Olson Plastering Company, appeals a summary judgment in favor of Central Power & Light Company (hereinafter “CP & L”) in CP & L’s suit for statutory indemnity under the Texas Public Utilities Act. 1 Olson raises seven points of error, all related to the relationship between the Texas Public Utilities Act and the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act 2 with regard to statutory indemnification.
