I. SUMMARY

Before the Court is Defendants Lisa Riggs and Washoe County School District’s Motion to Dismiss (“Motion”) (dkt. no. 10). The Motion is granted because non-lawyer Plaintiff Robert J. Buran is attempting to represent his son, EB, pro se without an attorney. The Court will *1214grant Mr. Buran time to find an attorney and file an amended complaint.
