On August 11, 2015, Joseph C. Cawood (“Plaintiff,” “Debtor,” or “Mr. Cawood”), filed this adversary proceeding against defendants Seterus, Inc. (“Seterus”), Sun-Trust Mortgage, Inc. (“SunTrust”), RCO Legal P.C, (“RCO”), Priority Trustee Services of TN, LLC (“Priority”), and Federal National Mortgage Association (“FNMA”). [Doc.
