This is an appeal by the State of Montana from an order of the district court of Chouteau County, the Hon. C. F. Holt, district judge, presiding, determining inheritance taxes.

Moses F. McAnelly, also known as M. F. McAnelly, a resident of Montana, died, testate, on October 25, 1947. On May 14, 1951, the state board of equalization of the State of Montana filed written objections to the inventory and appraisement and to the 3-A report of Pearl Griesinger, the executrix of the estate of Moses F.
