KALODNER, District Judge.
This matter came to trial before me without a jury. Upon consideration of the pleadings, and after hearing the testimony of witnesses and the argument of counsel, I make the following findings of fact:(1) The complainants, W. W. Bell and Ellwood McCuaig, are co-partners doing business as Bell and McCuaig, and their post office address is No. 20273 Vining Road, New Boston, Michigan.(2) The respondent, George J.
