— Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Edith Miller, J.), entered on September 2, 1987, which, inter alia, granted the cross motion for summary judgment of defendants-respondents dismissing the complaint, unanimously reversed, on the law, the cross motion for summary judgment is denied and the matter remanded, without costs.
