— In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendant appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Bambrick, J.), dated November 17, 1987, as denied those branches of its motion which were for summary judgment dismissing the first and second causes of action asserted in the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
