On May 6, 1930, the plaintiffs filed a complaint against the defendants and joined two causes of action therein.

*793Iu the first cause of action it was alleged that the plaintiffs-appellants, together with their brothers and sisters, sold to Manuel González Beyes a piece of property of fifty acres (cuerdas) which is described in the complaint, and that this sale was null and void as regards the shares of José Gonzá-lez Beyes and María Bita González Beyes, because the latter were minors at the time of such sale and proper proceedings to…
