Clifford A. Steed, styling himself “ as receiver appointed by said court in the matter of W. S. Roberts as surviving trustee of the Weston Academy,” filed a petition addressed to the superior court of Richmond county, alleging in substance as follows : The order of the court in the matter referred to directed the receiver to collect the assets and property of the Weston Academy and hold the same subject to the order of the court.
