This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Cook county for $15,000 in an action on the case, brought by the plaintiff, John Bock, against the defendant, Minneapolis, St. Paul & Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company, a corporation, for damages for injuries sustained by him in an accident while working as a switchman for the defendant. The case was tried before the court with a jury and a verdict was returned against the defendant for $15,000.
