ORDER ON OBJECTIONS TO PLAN

On December 3, 1987 a preliminary hearing on confirmation of plan was held in Des Moines, Iowa. Among those present at the hearing were Dallas J. Janssen, appearing on behalf of the debtors and Kevin R. Query, Assistant U.S. Attorney, appearing on behalf of the Farmers Home Administration (FmHA). The parties dispute whether the FmHA has an interest in certain crops and government payments that must be reflected in the FmHA’s allowed secured claim.
