On May 18, 1989 a hearing on the objection of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to the confirmation of debtor’s amended Chapter 13 plan and on the debtor’s objection to the IRS’s proof of claim was held before this court in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Casey J. Quinn appeared on behalf of the debtor, Ralph Bunche Lassiter. Kevin R. Query, Assistant U.S. Attorney, and Roger W.
