This case arose under the South Carolina Workmen’s Compensation Act, Section 72-1 et seq., Code of 1962. It involves a claim for compensation arising out of the death of Johnnie R. Lorick, who left surviving him his dependent widow, the respondent herein. She alleges that Johnnie R. Lorick, who was employed by South Carolina Electric & Gas Company, the appellant herein, as a bus driver, died on July 29, 1963, from a coronary occlusion.
