Onelia Limes-Miller (“Limes-Miller”) sues the City of Chicago (“City”) and Fabiene Rogers (“Rogers”) under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Section 1983”) for their alleged violations of the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause (Count I) and the First Amendment’s Free Speech Clause (Count II), 1 and she sues City alone under Section 1983 for its asserted violation of the Fourteenth Amendment’s Due Process Clause (Count III) and under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17 (“Title VII”), for its alleged…
